How to work with Cook Marketing

  • 1 - Request a Consultation

    It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a new product. Maybe you want to market your conference and get thousands of attendees. Or maybe your company needs a rebrand or you cannot continue to do it all alone anymore. Whatever it is, it all starts with a consultation request by filling out our form.

  • 2 - We are listening.

    After you schedule your consultation, we will connect via telephone for 30 minutes and discuss your marketing needs and concerns. Cook Marketing will listen and ask thoughtful questions to learn more to inform a proposal.

  • 3 - Plan it.

    A few days after our call, you will receive a proposal via email with pricing and tactical details needed for you to see why Cook Marketing is the right firm for you - in detail.

  • 4 - Signing on the dotted line ✍🏽

    Once you approve the proposal, we will create a contract and detailed project timeline that will be shared to ensure we are all on the same page. When the contract and payment are secured projects will begin. Choose the payment plan that fits your needs: pay by the hour for ongoing support or secure a retainer for dedicated service.

  • 5 - Time for creative collaboration!

    This is where the magic happens. In this stage, we start with onboarding and conducting intensive audience research. The next steps are to begin messaging optimization, strategy, and tactics to be approved by the stakeholders for feedback and insights. Weekly check-ins are suggested and available during this process.

  • 6 - It's Live!

    Once all content and deliverables are agreed upon and approved, a separate media budget will kick in and then we will go live with the customized creatives and messaging. Timelines will vary, but engagement is promised.

  • 7 - Optimize & Learn

    As we monitor your campaigns, there may be some content that the audience prefers. We will use data to optimize your results and maximize your campaigns’ impact and help you get the most from your budget.

  • 8 - What is measured is what matters.

    Throughout this process, you will be given important KPIs updates, and as the campaign wraps we have the option for a detailed analysis and suggestions for optimizations for your next steps or projects.

  • 9 - Repeat!
